The subject of vacancies / fallow land has fascinated Gabriele Hasler for a long time. At what point does potential tip over and becomes decay? And the other way round? Rubble heaps turn out to be magnificent pointer plant biotopes, actually all they need is to be left alone… In January 2021, Gabriele Hasler was able to make sound recordings in the empty indoor swimming pool and in the St. Johannis church in Dannenberg/Elbe (near Hamburg).
